Management, Human Resources, and Life in a Customer Focused World

Well, due to some unfortunate circumstances, I’ll be restarting my blog rom scratch.  This means that I’ll be poking around the Internet to see what information might be cached and that I’ll be writing some new blog postings — in some ways, this is probably a good thing as it gives me an incentive to actually write a bit more again in order to get the blog repopulated with information.

The purpose behind the blog is going to change a little, however.   My general mission for the blog is as follows:

Bring useful information regarding management, human resources, and life in a customer focused world to the attention of my readers.  Whether the posts are written by me or by others is irrelevant.

With that in mind, the blog will include links to other posts that I just want to draw people’s attention to, comments on other blog postings or articles, and my own personal perspective on happenings in a customer world.
